My son had acquired an old Nintendo 64, just like the one I donated a few years ago. He even was able to find copies of some of the games we used to have. But the system didn’t come from a cable — a present from a friend. We bought a universal cable, and it didn’t work. One of his friends had an old system and his cable didn’t work either. Fearing that there might be something wrong with the system itself, I purchased the cable from Amazon and it works perfectly. And it was only about $8 including shipping!

I’ve noticed a definite improvement in video quality with my Nintendo 64.It’s clear and crisper and provides a slightly better gaming experience. Highly recommend this!

Doesn’t work
The cable didn’t work. I contacted the seller about it and they never even answered. Waste of money, hope, and time. Wouldn’t trust this seller.

did not work
plugged it in to console and nothing worked, no volume no picture nothing, now i have to keep using the original damaged wire but atleast that works

I have been looking for this!
Since I have a mono output on my old TV with only one adapter, it was great to finally find one of these cables so I could use my stereo system with it. A great find! Recommended!

Perfect for new TVs
I bought this with my Nintendo 64 and it is excellent. It connects the system to the TV just like a Playstation 2 or Xbox. Perfect for new TVs
in my opinion.

Cable review
It’s a good sturdy cable but the plugs are a little loose when you plug them in. All in all I am satisfied.

I found it
My son’s N64 av cable was broken weeks ago. I search around on Amazona and I found that this cable is much cheaper than in retail stores. I would buy another one as a spare.
